School of Choice
This link to the School of Choice Application is only for students who live in the Alma, Ashley, Beal City, Breckenridge, Fulton, Ithaca, Mt. Pleasant, St. Louis and Shepherd school districts. All other students wishing to do schools of choice will need to contact Mrs. Ringle in the School Office at 989-847-4000 ext 1003.

The link to the online application below is only required if the student’s permanent address is outside the Ashley School District. An email address is required for a parent/guardian to verify their signatures to complete the application process.
Once the form is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the parent/guardian. The parent/guardian will need to click "confirm my signature". After the signature confirmation, the application will be emailed to the district directly.
The window will be open from March 4, 2024, with a deadline of 4:00 p.m. on August 2, 2024.
Acceptance letters will be mailed by August 9, 2024.
The enrollment date must be no later than the end of the first week of school, August 23, 2024.
The final window will open on August 12, 2024, with a deadline of 4:00 p.m. on August 19, 2024.
Acceptance letters will be mailed by August 21, 2024.
The enrollment date must be no later than the end of the first week of school, August 23, 2024.
The second Semester/Trimester window will open on December 6, 2024, with a deadline of 4:00 p.m. on December 19, 2024.
Acceptance letters will be mailed by January 7, 2025.
The enrollment date must be no later than the end of the second semester/trimester, January 10, 2025.
Applications will not be accepted after 4:00 p.m. on deadline dates.
