The High School Reward Trip is tentatively scheduled for Friday, May 8th. It will consist of a day of FUN!! Please check in with Ms. Rivera to see if you qualify per the Student Handbook, if not, please begin work on your second chance essay.

The HS Student Council will be hosting this year’s Mock Rock on Friday, March 20th during 7th hour. Please check in with your Class Advisor to choose your song.
Congratulations to Competitive Cheer on taking third place at districts on Saturday. By taking third place they now move on to compete at the Regional round in Hudsonville on Saturday February 28th at 3pm. All tickets are digital through GoFan. Good luck ladies!
Any athlete looking to play spring sports for the school JV or varsity baseball, softball, or track needs to have a current physical on file in the athletic office as well as an updated Final Forms account with all signatures completed in order to start official practice. Official practices start on March 9th
This year’s SPIRIT Chain contest will take place the week of March 16th-20th. The Elementary, Middle School and High School winning class will be announced at the Mock Rock!
NHS will be sponsoring a Blood Drive on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 from 12:00-4:45 pm.

Thank you Mrs. Schwinke, Mrs. Most and the Ashley High School student council for the Cafenation Station. This treat has helped staff of Ashley Schools and the GIRESD have a little something extra to make it through their day. It has also helped in making guest speakers and visitors feel welcomed into our building.

Monday, March 2nd, is the start of March is Reading Month at Ashley Schools. All students and staff are invited to participate in the fun "Candy Land" themed dress-up days! See the calendar for each days dress-up theme.
