3.JPGTim Hughes has served in Ashley Community School District as superintendent since 2008. Since the start of his education career in 1977, he has served as a high school teacher, a college professor and a principal.

He received his bachelor's degree and teaching credential from Ferris State University. He received his master's degree from Central Michigan University, with an emphasis in educational leadership.

He has presented at local, and state conferences, including the Michigan Association of Secondary School Principals and the Michigan Association of School Administrators.
